5 star app and support. This was the perfect solution to offer a free product with purchase without the use of coupon code and without making the customer add the product themselves. Set up is intuitive and if you need any help or additional support their support team is proactively there to help you and make sure you have a seamless set up and that customizations are fit to your needs. I have tried multiple Bogo apps looking for one that did tiered gifts, so the more someone buys, the more they receive. I reached out to support and Mina created the offers for me and they worked...just as I wanted them to and they adjusted automatically if I changed the quantity in the cart up/down.
I had a very pleasant experience using this app, the support offered by Anne and Brian was very helpful to make the necessary changes.
The customer support team, specifically Mina, has been very responsive and helpful. We had a coding issue when customizing the offer, but the dev team was able to fix it right away. The app itself is very easy to set up and integrate into your shop to implement a GWP campaign.
