I'm using the app since 5 months and honestly it works perfectly. The user experience is great. But what I prefer in the app is the aftersales service, the chat is great, and people working there are always happy, fast to solve your issues and professional. Special thanks to "TRIX" on the team :)

This app was easy to set up and use. When we had questions or ran into a glitch, Suport was excellent. Even with the time difference, Support responded quickly and addressed our questions very thoroughly.

We are loving this app. We were running regular Bogo promotions using other apps that were complicated and time consuming to set up and constantly fail to operate consistently; causing both unhappy customers and wasting our support teams time addressing complaints. The Free Gifts app however is both powerful and a piece of cake to set up a promo on. And the service is the best I have ever experienced from any developer. Lightning fast and intelligent responses to any request. Highly recommend this crew.

While the back end is pretty good, if free gift set up is not perfect for your store they have FANTASTIC customer support who will go in and do it for you!
