I do like this app to replicate the retail store experience because in the store I would merchandise products together to give the customer a more informed decision.

The App works great. We haven't finished our free trial yet and it is already increasing sales. The only thing I could complain about is that there is no bulh edit feature for "Manage Bundles". It would be easier if I could add the same upsell to a range of like products at ones instead of having to go into every product. I have over 2000 products. Otherwise ths app works fantastic!

The app does what it says it does, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I haven't had to do anything major with it yet, and will revisit this review if I do.

As far as I can see, you first contacted us on Mar 30, 15:36 EDT and we replied 12 minutes later. I also see that you sent us other messages. Is it possible that you missed any of our responses because we replied in a different email thread?

We will be more than happy to ask any questions and assist with the app configuration.

I have checked our Customer Support stats for March and our average 'First Response Time' was 11 minutes, while the average 'Response Time' was 18 minutes. It is possible that, at some times, it takes more time but I can assure you that we will always do our best to help.

We are at the end of the trial period and we will go beyond it as the app is good. It shows old products that would've never been seen, which is good for us. Customers have been adding items based on the recommendations.
It is just a 4-star to me because i want to stop recommending certain collection of products but the app for now only has to stop recommending products. As we have huge number of products, searching and selecting individual products is a loss of time.

Good App, great price and excellent customer. These guys are really fast in responding. However there is a small issue with the app regarding the setting for Manual bundles. Currently the Nº of Manual bundles needs to be set similar to the Nº of automatic bundles and this for us is an issue. So if automatic bundles are 3 then Manual bundles also need to be 3, they can not be 2 or 4 . We have been told they are working on this so hopefully soon we will change our rating to 5.

I highly recommend this app and even more highly recommend the support team. I rate it 4 stars as opposed to five because it has limited functionality for our specific store. We sell a lot of one and done used albums so sales history for those is not very useful in the algorithm for automated bundles. I would rate this app a 10 star if I could somehow control collections the automated recommendations generates. As it is, I am only using the manual bundle feature since the automated bundles typically don't make sense. Even with this limited functionality, this is a very good app. I am going to push selected manual discounted bundles on our social media and link on our website and hope to generate some sales.

So far, so good. Installed easily, but setting the location is a bit confusing. Luckily, they worked on it and placed it where I wanted it to be. The biggest downfall I see, is the stat reporting. It is obviously inaccurate, and you kind of have to search to find it. Most apps open into "dashboard" that shows a snapshot of the app's performance.

So, for the lack of accurate and easy-to-find stats, it only gets 4 stars for now.

About the stats, just click on 'See statistics' button at the end of the preferences page, there are a lot of detailed stats there and their figures should be perfectly fine but please contact us if you detect anything incorrect.

Fantastic app. The algorithm just works, and the manual recommendations allows you to exercise full control. A bulk edit for manual recommendations by product tag would make this app next level. Very happy overall.
