We really like this app and the enormous potential it has for customer loyalty and retention. Our customers are enjoying it too. After running into one small problem we reached out to the Support Team and they were able to get things back on track quickly (the problem was completely my own fault, a user error!) Highly recommend this app!

Nous utilisons Gameball pour notre programme de fidélité. Après en avoir testé bcp d'autres, je dois dire que cette app est vraiment complète et assez simple à utiliser.
Les niveaux sont de très bons outils de fidélisation ainsi que les challenges.
De plus, le fait de pouvoir récompenser nos clients de plusieurs manières (cashback, réduction et autre) est vraiment très utile.
Le support est aussi très réactif et rapide.
Finalement il y a pas mal d'intégrations possibles avec d'autres app ce qui est parfait pour centraliser les choses.
Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette app !

Unfortunately I have to change review-the app is not working, we haven't got one signle customer signing up for our program after spending days designing it, because it doesn't work. Support is impossible to talk to - their chat is never working. We're getting a better app.

I have been looking around for an affordable and effective rewards for a long time coming, and I am so glad to have found Gameball. I especially love the clean, interactive and fun interface that the app provides. Best thing - customer service! Over the last couple of days while trying to set this up on my store, the team has been so swift and knowledgeable in their replies. I get replies almost instantly via their live chat. Can't wait to launch this on my store and reap the rewards. Kudos to the Gameball team!
