Gatsby is a must have especially for small businesses like ours! It's functionality is great and Gatsby's support team is beyond helpful.

I was first introduced to Gatsby earlier this year and was excited to see that it provided a better, more efficient way to capture and leverage influencers. We integrated Gatsby with our Klaviyo popup and couldn't be happier. Brett is great and has been a huge help along the way. HIGHLY recommend!

Was stuck with a few things and got a reply within an hour from the founder himself who helped me sort a few things out non related to Gatsby. Thanks for taking the time to look into my issues, which are now all sorted thanks to the team. Would like to highly recommend using these guys. I tend to steer away from apps that are very slow at getting back. It was all sorted in the space of a few hours which would've taken me a day to fix alone. This app is simply amazing! Brett and Jared spent time with me setting up the system and made everything super easy from the start. With Gatsby, I'm able to see who's posting about my brand and offer rewards points and free gifts for their promotion. It's absolutely awesome! Thanks for creating a great app!

We've been in the influencer field for years and haven't been more impressed then with this app. We've only just started to implement it but the customer support in itself has been so, so, so good that this review is valid in our eyes. After spending multiple years seeing apps come and go, this really is a must-have. With the added benefits this app provides you can't go wrong.

We initially signed up to Gatsby to automate outreach for our micro influencers but have since used it to assist with scaling out and managing our influencer database at large. Brett and the Gatsby team have been incredible to work with, always willing to jump on calls with us and actively building out features that we request at record speed. For example, after mentioning to Brett that we were using the customer service Helpdesk 'Gorgias' to reply to emails and DMs, the Gatsby team went ahead and built out a Gorgias integration for us. We are now working with Gatsby to improve this integration so that we can prioritise and/or customise automated replies to Influencers through this service. We would highly recommend Gatsby to any e-com brands looking to either grow their influencer outreach or manage high volumes of influencer collaboration requests.

This is actually my first review for any app on shopify and I've been using at least 10 for almost a year. Brett is GREAT. It's a Saturday on Labor Day Weekend and when I installed the app, I received a message from him minutes later. All questions answered and it's cool to know there's a real person on the other end looking out for you to be satisfied with the app. I'm definitely looking forward to using Gatsby!

I love new tech and I think Gatsby is JUST what I needed to set my business apart from the rest. The ability to literally see who could be your best influencers is awesome. Can't wait to see how much this will boost business.

I looked for the button for six stars, but couldn't find it. Seriously, this company is exceptional. Brett is a great guy and highly engaged, helpful, and knowledgable. He had recently struck a partnership deal with my email marketing company when I stumbled upon this app, so my timing was great. We just started using it, so I can't report results yet, but the value proposition is plainly obvious. And I'm eager to start collecting data on IG mentions and engagement. Magic! Seriously, don't hesitate! This app is super cool, and if IG is important to your marking, you should just stop reading and install it now. Unless of course you sell women's apparel and compete with us, in which case, you definitely do NOT want this app. :-) Thank you, Brett. I'm looking forward to working together for a long time.
