I have limited prior knowledge of GDPR compliance, and Pandectes GDPR Compliance is a highly intuitive app that is easy to navigate and set up. Any questions I had were promptly answered in the chat by Christos, who assisted me and even provided recommendations that improved the integrations for our website.
Really responsive support and the app does everything that it says it does! I would happily recommend Pandectes and this app if you need banners etc for GDPR compliance.
I was stuck with something I had been trying to figure out for hours! Christos was amazing and managed to fix it all so quickly. He was very patient and listened to each question I had. This app is great, and it works well for people in Quebec with law 25/loi 25 too. It has easy translations, is at a reasonable cost, and has a bunch of features to be compliant to the law. The customer service is lovely. Christos made custom CSS changes for us, as requested, and executed it wonderfully. I recommend this app!
