Geolizr has been useful for displaying location-based banners and managing different messaging for customers in different countries. The setup is relatively straightforward, and the app performs the main function I installed it for.
The only limitation I have encountered is during testing. Once a banner is configured for another country, I cannot easily view and verify that version of the page from my own country. This makes it difficult to confirm that the banner is displaying correctly, review the customer experience, and check the page before publishing it for international visitors.
A built-in country preview or testing mode would make the app much easier to manage. Ideally, merchants should be able to select a country in the app and preview the storefront exactly as a customer from that location would see it.
Apart from this limitation, the app has worked well for my needs.
Hi, thank you for your feedback. I personally tested your store's configuration last Friday and found no technical fault; the app was working exactly as set up, which is why it wasn't flagged as an urgent case. I replied promptly during our support hours (Mon–Fri) and have continued to help you since.
As for the login issue: since our support runs via email, portal accounts don't get an automatic activation email; happy to trigger one if you'd like.
Geolizr suport has been very helpful and efficient, above and beyond our expectation too.

Use this app on multiple shopify stores to help redirect our customer traffic to the correct shopify store. Very easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do! Also, brilliant customer service!

Fantastic service and super quick response. We've used Langify for a while but just started using Geolizr and Frank and the team really helped us ensure both apps work well together.
