Je ne sais pas comment l'utiliser. Aucune menu n'est clickable. Est une application de gestion de langue comme WEGLOT ou elle peuvent etre toute deux installer?

Updated: Finally got it to show up for me, but as I originally said, I did initially test in a private browser, hopefully working ok now. Would still like to be able to change text size as it looks very heavy and unprofessional being larger than our store text size. May change to one of the other paid apps for the sake of $5 p/m that looks more slick.

Not great so far. Installed it and tried on a private browser and still not visible. Let us know when it works. Also ability to change the font size would be good as the font is too large and not in line with out store. On the example the font is the same size so its a shame that this can't be changed.

Thanks for your feedback about giving more control over text size. We will consider your suggestion as we work to further improve the app. In the meantime, you may want to consider using the popup option.

Also, the current app that you are using is causing redirects to happen continuously so you may want to look in to this experience.

Here in Canada, we do see a recommendation on your shop for Canadian dollars. Since recommendations only appear to new visitors who are from other countries or whose device is set to one of your other store languages. To test on your live store, we recommend using a VPN and accessing your shop in a private browsing window.

We’ll keep your feedback in mind about font size as we continue to work on the app.

I would like to be able to place it in the Debut theme header. At the moment it sits awkwardly in the footer, bellow social media etc.

Hey Serici Tech,

The new version of Debut theme has a native currency and language selector built in the footer. We do not support the selectors in the header as they get hidden on mobile. This is why we built recommendations in this app which are shown to buyers as a top bar or popup.

The customer doesn't have the option to change there currency once a selection has been made. There should be a permanent selector on the homepage at least.

For some reason, the popup doesn't appear on my site, is there a way i can fix this issue? Or can you help me with that?

The app will only provide a pop up recommendation when a customer is visiting from another country that you have enabled in your payments settings. If you are visiting from your home country, there is nothing to recommend since you are in the default location. Would be great if you could make the text customisable on the pop up so we can personalise it. I am looking for alternatives as it's very abrupt & doesn't suit my store.

I really like how the app works and detects where my customers are from. It integrates with the theme very well and detects the colors automatically. BUT, for me there is one thing that is missing. I can't change the text in the pop-up. My company sells services so we don't actually ship anything, but the pop-up says we do ship to a couple of countries, so this is confusing to our customers.

- The language switcher selector menu should have the option to be on the header.

- The language selector pop-up should have an option for nation flags representing the languages instead of just text as it would be easier to navigate for visitors that can only read in one of the languages.

1/ The language button locates at the bottom is hard to discover, not user friendly. Please provide options of location, otherwise move it to the top near search button as most websites do.
2/ The pop up recommendation box is A/ does not make sense. non-english speakers will not understand the recommendation box instruction when first enter the website, if it is set to English. Vice versa, english speakers do not understand the instruction if set to non-english. Why not just display language options (write in their own language) for visitors to chose, simple and straight forward. B/ too big. please provide size options to match the website style. 3/ regarding the problem of pt 1, you may add a remark at the pop up box to tell customer there is a language option box at the footer so they can switch to other language whenever they need.

Thanks for your feedback! Firstly, recommendations appear in the visitors preferred language. E.g. if your site defaults to English but has German as an option, a native German speaker will see the recommendation to switch languages in German as well.

Secondly, your feedback around position of the selectors is valid. Because this app does not change your theme code, we are limited where we can place the selectors. We would suggest customizing your own selectors with the help of an expert to put them in the header: https://shopify.dev/tutorials/customize-theme-support-multiple-currencies
