This app does everything we need it to and is pretty no-fuss! Review is for the customer service, as they were super quick to respond and customize the integration as requested. Would recommend to any small businesses who want a lower cost gift wrap app.

Their support response is immediate and very helpful. We are also using the Turbo shopify theme and have had very few problems with the app functioning as it should. Support was able to quickly address the one problem we did have and it's working great.

I sell digital products, so I used Gift Wrap Plus to add postcards announcing the product as a gift. Soner and the dev team added a custom name and address fields for the gift postcard to be sent to. They were super helpful, quick and easy to work with!

Once again, I have to leave this app a 5-star review! Soner was so helpful (and quick!) to help me with some questions re: setting up our gift items.. Love how responsive they are and help me make sure everything is working just right.. Thank you!!

We used this app to provide a gift note option to our customer on each product page that could have one. We would love if they had an option to add to the checkout page as well in case the customer missed it before. The support team is wonderful!

It's a very simple app, but I had a smaller problem creating the price. I got frustrated wrote to support, and actually deleted the app.

Support returns to me within 5 mins.

Outstanding customer service!! Every Shopify app developer should be this efficient. I liked the app before but after working with Soner on a minor issue I’m completely sold.
