Originally the app had the limitation that the From & To parties were available to print on cards, but couldn't be printed on packing lists and we use our packing lists as the gift message.
They dutifully honored our request and added this feature without any additional cost to us. Bravo!

We have had a fantastic experience with Sid getting our GiftKart up and running! We updated our theme, which created many new issues, and Sid has been lightning-fast with his help and guidance. So far, our customers love the ability to send a gift note, and our fulfillment team LOVES that they don't have to think about including it since it prints on the packing slip.

There is no better option! Not because there aren't more apps on the market, but because of the excellent service and support provided by its developers. I needed to enable a gift option for my store and I found some but none of them were suitable, I tried this one and in part it did not exactly fit what I was looking for but its developer made it the ideal app for me. It is the best thing about the app, its developers take care of you and personalize everything according to your needs. They are the best.
