Gift Lab: Gift Wrap & Message

GREAT APP - AMAZING SUPPORT - PAID FOR ITSELF IN DAYS. I've run multiple Shopify Stores for years now and I've never been more impressed with an app - or a support team. The developers of this app truly "get" how customers place orders, and how Shopify Store owners process orders, and it shows. After less than week, we've already sold enough Add-on Gifts via the app that we've paid for the (very reasonable - less then $10) monthly price several times over. It was incredibly easy to set up, and when I had a few questions about how to customize things exactly the way I want the chat support from Sid was instant & really helpful.

There is no better option! Not because there aren't more apps on the market, but because of the excellent service and support provided by its developers. I needed to enable a gift option for my store and I found some but none of them were suitable, I tried this one and in part it did not exactly fit what I was looking for but its developer made it the ideal app for me. It is the best thing about the app, its developers take care of you and personalize everything according to your needs. They are the best.

great app, it has many customizable options. I was able to get instantly assisted by the tech team via video call, they helped me set up the app on my store. Great design, maybe the popup is a little bit slow for 22' standards but it does the job. Suggestions: Add a badge on the order note and make more clear which product needs to be wrapped, as of now it simply adds a product called 'gift wrap' to the checkout. It'd be better to have it already bundled and more clear to which product.

Talk about superior service. Every time I need to make a change or have questions, they are literally walking me through. I've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The product itself is also phenomenal. My customers can make any of my products a gift and add a gift card and/or message with ease.

We needed a gift option for a select number of products in our quite large store and ran into trouble trying to apply the option to so many products. Enter Sid, the app creator, who is simply incredible! Highly communicative, sharp, and responsive, with a terrific sense of humor and passion for his app. If you need gift options and are on the fence about this app, just take the leap.
