I wish every app developer was as responsive, prompt, and helpful as Giftship's team! Stella, Mateo, and Tim helped me work through several issues specific to making the app work for my needs. They even helped adjust the text alignment to match my product pages better, along with the padding around their app's added text on my product pages, creating a much more built-in, custom appearance.

In regards to the functionality itself, it's flawless. I changed text fields and prompts within the "Manage Translations" portion of the back-end of the app to make it really work well with my store. And, I love that it splits the gifts into separate orders, which pull perfectly into ShipStation.

While it may not be the least expensive app out there, it's worth every dollar!

Great tools for gifting and great, rapid reply service for any issues. Really like the gift messaging, multiple shipment and future date planning functionalities.

I use this app for the Delivery date picker and for Product Options (product add-ons / upsells) on product pages. I was after a customised solution that required some CSS and javascript changes. Having run into problems because I suck at coding, I received help from their support team. One of their support guys named Tim was very helpful with implementing a solution quickly. Thank you, and this app really is a great all-in-one gift app!

Tim was excellent to work with, and quick to respond to every inquiry I had during the process of testing the platform and determining how it would integrate with our current shopping site. The Giftship app has really worked for my site. The multiple shipping option is making it much easier for our customers to order. More importantly, I had an issue with the Datepicker section of the app and the support team was awesome in resolving the issue quickly and communication throughout the process.
