The app is great when it works but the UI of it is a bit weird and confusing
The app itself has worked very well for us but the support/development team is not very good. We had a minor issue where color swatches weren't showing up correctly when you use the search function on the website. I asked if they could fix it and got a prompt response. They jumped on the site and "fixed" the issue. It created a ton of issues with my image carasole, color swatches, and more. So the 2nd time they said they "fixed" the issue now it's missing all together from the collection page, images/colors are still missing, etc. I should've just left well enough alone instead of letting them try to fix a minor issue.
I need help. The colors swatch doesn't appear en Products Page. I sent an email, please, answer, my customers can't buy because can check color or size. I will change the review later when you solve it. Thank you
Not same as description, cannot show the color swatches in home page, can only show the swatches in product page and collection page
does what it says with lots of great customization options. the only thing is the app is quite glitchy. some of the feature would either continue to shop up in my store after being disable or some feature would simply just stop working.
