“I can confidently say that it works. It was easy to use and produced the results I was hoping for. This is the easiest speed optimization app I have tried, and I have tried almost all of them available on Shopify. It is also the app that produced the best results. In addition, it is the app that required the least amount of work on my end. I would give this app 5 stars all day long! The customer support is also excellent. They respond quickly and are always helpful.
Its been a month I am still struggling to get my first sale. Running ads on Facebook and Social sites is costing money. I didn't want to spend money without earning from the App so was Googling about free ideas and came across this amazing App. While Scanning the errors got to chat with Liam who was patient and helpful throughout the process of fixing the issues. Now I know I have Tapita which will help me to get my first sale perhaps.

Fantastic Customer Service. Using their chat platform and they go through step-by-step to help optimize your SEO and site. I wouldn't have been able to navigate doing all of this on my own for our site. Very happy we went with Tapita. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to use their service.
Using a product bulk edit tool to fix SEO is much better and consistent. and doesn't revert when you uninstall. i tried the speed option also compared to other SEO tool its terrible.so back to the other one. better stick in general with bulk editing tools rather than SEO tools. overall overrated app.

A Nagative review would have been left regardless of a refund or not, it’s about giving a view and experience, so others will benefit.
i got other seo apps because i like to compare before committing, the errors you are mentioning, those apps offered better details actually about them than yours and how to fix it (there is automate features as well) but i intentionally left them for my own reason.
As mentioned before to you. Some apps offer FREE version where you really can test the real functionality before committing. Yours DOESN’T and therefore you are forced kinda to subscribe to see how it performs and simply wasn't good and it would take a another full paragraph to write them all.

To clarify the functionality of our app regarding SEO:
Our Meta template feature allows you to edit your meta tags, it will show in live page, without altering the backend meta data. This ensures the safety of your original meta data, and it's completely free to use—you do not need to pay for this feature. We've designed it this way because we've encountered numerous cases where customers' data was messed up after uninstalling other SEO apps. Our approach helps prevent this issue.
Regarding speed:
Our speed approach focus on Real user experience, rather than Just outdated Lab simulated speed, we care more about for Core Web Vitals and real user experience, which are critical factors for search ranking, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
You haven't yet engaged with our team on the specifics of Core Web Vitals, so we're unsure why you said our speed is terrible.
For other merchants reading this review, we have a clear refund policy in place. We always support refunds when there is an issue on our part or if the customer works with us to address any concerns in a fair manner.
Additionally, we offer a free version of our app so that you can try it for as long as needed before making any decisions.

The level of support that they provide is outstanding! After trying many SEO apps for Shopify this one by far is worth every penny. I haven’t even used half the features yet and the online support was able to boost my SCO score by almost 20 points in less than a half hour! Now all I need to do is use the other features for a little mop up work and weekly maintenance as my store grows.
It has been very rewarding to work with this optimization tool. Remy's support is spectacular.
