Unlike other apps, this is a one time fee. I thought I followed the instructions but couldn't get it to work.
Emailed support and they logged it and fixed it for me within 15 mins from emailing them.
This would best the $25 I ever spent on an app.
Really excited for this app. Easy to install, I had a few issues on my end, and the customer service was outstanding. Quick and effective response. Garbage, does not load products from shopify to walmart properly. Lots of issues. Customer service pretends they do not understand what you are talking about. Overall buggy and bad software, not worht it.
It seems you wanted to write this review about another app. Our app's is for Google Customer Reviews program only and not anything related to Walmart.

Great service. Although I just installed this app. But I am satisfied with their service and responsiveness. Hope this app will bring a boost to our store.
Great customer service and an easy install. Highly recommend these guys and their apps! I've contacted support numerous times - they were always prompt and never got frustrated. The support is what pushed me over the edge to rate Simprosys 5 stars.
