Screwed up my Google Shopping account and doesn't work, I have been forced to move over from another app by Shopify, I was also forced to uninstall the other app even though it was working perfectly fine, it is now not working at all and I am loosing £1000,s of pounds until this matter gets repaired because I can't upload my google shopping feed - Absolutely fuming, it's ridiculous!

The app is full of bugs and there is no customer service help what so ever. The app got stuck on the verification stage, absolutely useless.

None of my Shopify products are listed in GOOGLE SHOPPING because of GTIN IS MISSING error. I have my EANrecorded and/or ready to be input manually into the app, but the app doesn't show us where to enter the EAN.

I'm sorry to hear you've hit a roadblock with this app. Any GTIN information (which includes EANs and other unique product identifiers) can be added via the product details or bulk editor in your admin in the barcodes section. absolute waste of your time. If this works it's probably great. But, in my case within 24 hours the google merchant account was suspended for 'invalid product feed'. The shopify app is what provides the product feed to google so there is nothing you can do. Shopify support points the finger at google and google says it's a shopify problem. Well, guess what I don't have any problems with Facebook and Instagram ads so I gave up this.

I'm done! Worked for many years just fine, 2 weeks ago 3/4 of my items showed sudden errors and no one (neither google nor shopify) seem to be able to figure out why. I have stopped paid advertising until there is a resolution, if ever. At this point I have no confidence they will figure it out. I don't have the time or patience to continue to work with either of them to get it right anymore. After reading other frustrated Shopify sellers I want to add that we also are 100% custom products

This app does not approve several items and it doesn't tell you how to fix the issue. Also, items do not show up on Google Shopping.

I would give zero stars if it was available. This app made all our products expire on google merchant and then removed them all(over 4000 products). It then just unlinked our account. Now we are trying to have the products added back onto google merchant with no luck. No help from support, nothing is working. No sales for the past 6 days and I do not know how long this will last. It is so frustrating. I hope we can find an alternative soon or else we are screwed.

I waited a long time to review this app hoping the bugs would be worked out and I could give a higher rating. Unfortunately, I can't. It's been a constant problem with new errors and problems every week. Now, I'm being told the problems are due to my theme. Although these new problems have just occurred. I did not have these errors in the first couple of months. The only reason I'm continuing is the app is free. I may have to give up soon.
