I'm running online grocery store, I guess it only works with t-shirt businesses. My account got suspended. Not sure why!

This app is painstakingly slow when performing bulk updates. Furthermore, Google now requires a GTIN even though an item is not custom and/or a GTIN is not necessary and "Custom Products" are marked "false". I need my products listed on Google, but its suddenly darn near impossible. As another reviewer said, if you have over 1,500 products it's basically useless and I now find myself in quite the predicament.

O app funcionava bem, mas a partir de 4 de janeiro de 2023 parou de funcionar. Todos meus produtos saíram do Merchant Center, e na shopify, quando tento configurar o app Google, o mesmo dá erro.
Mesmo quando funcionava o app ainda tinha umas limitações, obrigava o usuário à fazer muito retrabalho preenchendo informações que já são preenchidas no cadastro do produto, e que precisam ser informadas novamente no app Google.
De qualquer forma, se voltar a funcionar tá perfeito por enquanto.
This app was working great! But after a few months, the feed no longer synced with Google Shopping Actions. I have repeatedly contacted support and technical team. They have been no help at all. Very frustrating!

Garbage app misrepresentation is what they tell you so you have to pay. Spent 6 month's asking to review it and they give the same lame excuses it doesn't follow policies but they won't tell you how to fix it.

Paola here from Shopify. I completely understand where you are coming from. Having your Google Merchant Center Account suspended due to misrepresentation can be frustrating and confusing. Although Shopify and our app has no participation in suspending your account (this is entirely up to Google and not Shopify), I am happy to share with you a bit of my experience and what you can do next to best address this issue. I used this app to connect and verify the domain in GMC and submit product feed XML. I encountered some issues during the setup (due to some configs) but the Shopify support team guided me to fix the issue in no time.
