Just terrible...I've lost so much time and energy trying to make my products visible in Google Shopping for nothing. I also suspect that adding this app provoked a worse visibility in Google search. All my products are active in Google Merchant Center and I have absolutely no warnings but in the end, none of my products are visible in the Shopping tab ! Only answer from Google (I think I had more than 50 different conversions with google agents) : "this is the algorythm, cannot do anything about that". Shopify support has been also useless and it seems the Content API and the way Shopify and Google are informatically communicating knows many flaws. My advice : don't use this app !!
Avoid it if you can, or at least make it your last priority. I wish I tried to manually set myself up on google rather than use this tool.
Is currently the slowest 3rd party app on my site, will not work out of the box (and may do 'weird' things like add multiple pixels and then connect to the wrong one), and there is 0 support (no contact for months, once I had an employee invite me to a meeting and then not show up) for when your account inevitably gets flagged by some faulty automation.

Let me start by saying, DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. I am a Shopify Plus store and a "Guru" convinced me it was perfectly fine to install the app despite the negative reviews. I was told these negative reviews were people that didn't understand Google's strict Shopping rules. I have been doing this for many years and I understand fully, and this negative review has NOTHING to do with Google.
Shopify unfortunately does not give you the tools necessary to add back in all the Google Shopping data fields that were previously available via a simple csv file. You have to manually edit each item. Seriously?!?! Each item, Shopify? I have a couple thousand items. This is absolutely impossible.
You have to manually add in the MPN, product category, and condition for each individual item, and there's no way to do it with a csv file. You can't even search for the items to edit. You literally have to scroll 25 items at a time to find an item or a group of items. It's a total disaster!
People, you have been warned. Unless you are a very small beginner store, this app will wreck your Google Shopping campaign.
Same issues bas everyone else. App itself causes suspension issues and misrepresentation from the get go and makes it impossible to get seen on the internet at all.

Awful integration. This app makes it so extremely difficult to do what you're wanting to with merchant listings. Should not be this cumbersome.

Go with this and skip the Google..... this one works (Google Shopping Feed by Simprosys InfoMedia )
Worthless app by Google, rejects all uploads and finds errors. Not easy to integrate at all. Then when you set the mailing rate it then tells you to do it again and again. I removed this app twice and restarted the app twice. Same issues!
Google this is the worst app ever, whoever came up with this app should be fired ASAP!
No Canadian support from a Canadian company. I heard a new app is in the works. Can't come fast enough. This is a simple data feed after all.
Have been going around in circles trying to get this to work with custom made products, all my products are handmade, therefore no barcodes. I’ve spent days trying to get this to work. I think I might be doing something wrong with it.
