Updated: this app has many issues. My products are not showing up at all. So easy it hurts! Now let's start making some money and helping customers get quality fire bowls on Google Shopping with ease.
Well the automatic update when changing your item to Google is nice but you keep getting suspended if a product not right and the problem is very vague leaving you pulling your hair out to fix.
Now the bulk editor needs lots of work. First it list every item in my store to go through to pick what I wat to make available to google. Now way to search in the editor. So instead I find my product first and then edit it alone. Would work fine but that's when the problems start. You have to use a drop down menu to pick certain item fields, in the main bulk editor that is not a problem it is there. In the individual product edit the fields are there BUT there is no info in each drop down menu so you can't pick what google wants you to. You can't manually enter in the fields either. So I must send my products to Google incomplete. Then you get not listed because you have missing fields. So now your able to fix it. A whole lot of extra work for sure. Also Google is no help and the Facebook people are even worst on that app trying to open a store on the FB end.

I see a lot of great reviews and I agree that overall, this app is great however, I can NEVER delete a campaign because it creates a glitch where the ad is deleted in Google ads but still shows active in this app and thus prevents me from creating a new smart shopping campaign. I'm not sure why this happens and no one at Shopify can explain it either but it is really frustrating. Just something to keep in mind.

Our shipping rates are automatically generated by the shipping company, and loaded into Shopify without our interaction - yet Google suspended our account because our shipping rates for Google don't match the shipping rates for Shopify... We've asked a total of 8 times for help, and have all but given up. They have sent us the same canned response every time. If you want a headache, you're in the right place!

Great, when it worked.
This app does not properly read our tax settings and constantly defaults every state to taxable, with shipping set to not taxable. We have tax nexus in roughly half the US states; half of these still charge tax on shipping. This default behavior of resetting the tax settings despite what I have manually configured in Merchant Center has caused our google merchant account to be suspended, and I'm stuck in a neverending loop of shopify pointing their fingers at Google, and Google pointing at Shopify. It's hopeless.

The products added here dont get updated. Recently, all my products were marked as errors and hence my ads stopped. No idea how to fix it. Pls help.

Definitely not happy. Google uses WAY TOO MANY automated admins where they don't actually check your products. We have face oil that is organic and all natural yet they continually reject it as a medical product. We make no claims or have any medicinal ingredients in it. Also our tooth powder and many other things like our 2 & 3 packs of natural deodorant. They approve the 1 deodorant option but not multiples??? Huh? So unprofessional. Get real PEOPLE working on these issues!
And they also won't take down fraudulent reviews from people that have never used our products. These are disgruntled humans that had a back and forth conversation with us and they didn't like our response. That's life, get over it. Sometimes people are not going to agree with you! But they put up a 1 star google review because they are babies. Reviews are for the PRODUCTS or SERVICES which an argument from some person online is NOT service. Service only comes into play if they are a buying customer. These fraudulent reviews should NOT be allowed!! Disgraceful.

We do our best to enforce policy in order to protect merchants and consumers. Sometimes overflagging does occur and in that case it is possible to request a review if you disagree. At last check, it looks like all your ads are serving so hopefully that is the resolution you were looking for.

É preciso dezenas de configurações para uma simples ativação, o que, pode levar a dezenas de erros já que o sistema reprova TODOS os produtos, não reconhece o site apesar de estar "verificado e reivindicado", não informa quais os problemas da recusa dos produtos, você se mata corrigindo uma centena deles e....nada muda....
É para o site pequeno não aparecer mesmo não é?
Guys what's the problem? The plugin does not work! He doesn’t submit the feed to the Merchant Center. They banned all my stores for breaking the rules! What to do???? I'm in a panic. My customers are in shock! 5 stores and everyone went out due to errors in your plugin!
