Great app! It is very helpful for our business to keep all messages, notifications, and communication from our customers in one place. It saves so much time! There are some things that still need improving but their customer service is great! They are always reconfiguring things for me to make the app more useful to me. I really apprecaite that they are always creating a more efficient and effective app.

Gorgias is not perfect, but it is very good. Their connection with Shopify itself is stellar, and that enables some great QoL features in the app and access to some unique metrics. It's occasionally slow and clunky, and there are limitations (especially with regards to live chat) in customizability. This is often frustrating, but the core product is so good that I'm willing to cut my losses on some of these auxiliary features. I would definitely recommend Gorgias, but just know it isn't perfect.
The ability to integrate with multiple platforms seamlessly with Gorgias has been extremely helpful to our processes and the way we handle our customer service. An excellent experience so far with their customer service support and customer success managers.
