If you are a by the hour worker who never leaves their desktop computer then maybe its a decent app but if you are on the go and work virtually from your phone at times then it is the absolute worst, the app has a 1.7 star rating in the apple store's website. Despite trying for months, discussing back and forth with support, me and my partner never found a way to get notifications on our mobile devices to work. Also be advised, that you will regularly be logged off your mobile device resulting in you missing important live chats from customers. I don't recommend Gorgias - sorry.

Gorgias touts all of these integrations they have, but most setups are horrendous. Have to do a ton of work with all kinds of weird HTTP, web hooks and code stuff that most small business owners using Shopify may have a huge struggle. I know I sure have. Gorgias didn’t work for us in terms of pricing structure. It quickly became way more expensive than competitors offering a similar set of features and so we requested a cancellation of the service in September. The interface is absolute a mess, there's no guidance in regards to setting up a simple chatbot. I can't seem to grasp why all chatbots have to be so damn complicated to make, rather than making a straight forward process. Cut out all bs and make it simple, like it is suppose to be.
