The best app if you want to give a great experience and support to your customers, the macros are the best thing, no other app can do what this can. They just pull all data from Shopify and it's at a glance.

My team made the switch from Kustomer to Gorgias last year and are very pleased - the increase in speed is phenomenal and the platform serves as a one-stop shop for our various integrations. I wish there was a more robust reporting system and that different features of Gorgias were more readily able to be automated.

Great customer support, whenever we had an issue they found the solution. We have all the tickets fully organized and we can now track them easy and resolve them in a timely manner. Statistics are great.

Overall a great app and I think the best out there for customer service and integrating with shopify. Help is currently a bit slower than it used to be (maybe short staffed?) and getting through on live chat can be a bit of a chore too, but once I got an expert on my case he (Nikola) was extremely helpful getting my DNS record updates sorted and even sent personalised Loom videos.
