Customer Service has been really great. There have been multiple times I've messaged directly into their chat feature and the rep has spent more than required time to help me. Highly recommend this app.

Overall a great app and I think the best out there for customer service and integrating with shopify. Help is currently a bit slower than it used to be (maybe short staffed?) and getting through on live chat can be a bit of a chore too, but once I got an expert on my case he (Nikola) was extremely helpful getting my DNS record updates sorted and even sent personalised Loom videos. Definitely personal service.

We've been using Gorgias for almost a year (after migrating from Zendesk) and it has made our lives considerably easier. Handling tickets is super easy, the tagging system is intuitive, and we have integrated Gorgias with all the apps and systems we use, which saves us a lot of time.

Great App, it was a game changer for our business in terms of automatization of the customer service flow.
It works well with both Shopify and Recharge app.
Also the support is very good and quick.
