I must've played the customer experience roulette and lost. I have been trying to add phone service to my current subscription and had some questions about setup, but the level of support experience that I'm getting does not reflect the positive reviews here. Since when do you have to follow up to your own questions? I'm very disappointed.

Edit: I had a feeling that this was an isolated case, but they reached out to me, and I was immediately put on the right track. I appreciate that Gorgias really pays attention to its customer base, and I'm happy with the results.

If you are a by the hour worker who never leaves their desktop computer then maybe its a decent app but if you are on the go and work virtually from your phone at times then it is the absolute worst, the app has a 1.7 star rating in the apple store's website. Good if you never use a tablet of phone, stay away from if you plan to use the mobile version. I complained about it multiple times and they did nothing, the app got worse when I upgraded my phone.

Im leaving for something more professional.

- The phone app doesn't work and is seriously lacking basic feature
- The phone app is full of bugs.
- The App is also buggy as hell.
- Every time you send a message it closes it. causing a new "Billable Ticket" to be created. Which they then charge you for
- Their Customer service is terrible.
- When they update there application is changes your settings which for me caused billable tickets to be created. Which they then charge you for

These guys are the kings of "Extra charges" they update there application to get more money out of you without mentioning. ive had to be on my toes this last year just to stop them form taking all my money.

Ive had enough of this. I gave these guys a chance but they just too unprofessional. I would highly avoid these unless you fancy just giving all your money to them

There is no better customer service app out there. After having tried and finding issues with nearly every other customer service app on the marketplace, Gorgias was the answer to all of our problems. We cannot recommend it enough.

I am enjoying Gorgias and all of the additional features they offer. It's really refreshing to have someone in your corner from the platforms side. Jack is a great account manager and I truly appreciate all the help he provides.

Additionally, customer support is great and quick.

Nothing negative to say, the ride has been very pleasant so far!
