Great app - love it so far! Seems super powerful... we're just scratching the surface of what it can do but we're feeling pretty confident we've made the right choice to scale our business with. And the customer service is awesome ;)

This app is a game-changer! I can see customer details, previous orders, shipping details, loyalty rewards points, and possible secondary account information from one page! I can even process refunds directly from the chat window. It has several useful integrations and is constantly making improvements! Highly recommend!

Support from Gorgias (esp Romain) has been above and beyond expectation. They really care about helping if you have questions or problems.

Integration of support with Shopify is great. Really looking forward to seeing new features added in the future. Keep up the good work!

Gorgias knows what they are doing. They definitely filled in a gap within the customer service category. Their customer support is awesome, extremely helpful and always updating their layout and adding more features. If you are looking for a customer support command center this is it.

I spent many months and tireless research hunting for a good CRM system, Gorgias has been great so far. It's clean, and works for our startup. They are constantly updating, which is encouraging to see. I would like to continue to see developments with the mobile app, but apart from that it has been smooth sailing. We absolutely Love Gorgias! The helpdesk exceeds our expectations. It allows us to automate simple tasks, organize and assign tickets efficiently and manage our customer service department with customer care in mind. On top of all that the support team at Gorgias is very helpful and always available to assist us with our inquiries. Would highly recommend it to any team looking to streamline their customer service process especially if you use Shopify for sales.
