Printing labels has never been easier

Our shipping labels are housed in a PDF document, which can be printed on most desktop printers using A4 or A5 paper size. Simply print the shipping label and attach it to your parcel for SF Express to pickup!

Order status and tracking number are automatically updated

Once the shipping label is created, we will handle the rest. Our app will mark your order as fulfilled on Shopify, and will also update the order with the shipment tracking number which will be sent to customers via Shopify’s shipping confirmation email.

Supports both Chinese and English orders

Our app’s dashboard is available in both Chinese and English, great for Hong Kong merchants!

Settle shipping costs with SF Express monthly

Shipping costs will be settled directly with SF Express on a monthly basis, and costs will only be incurred once a shipment is shipped.

Requirements

You will need to have a SF Express monthly account to use our app. If you don’t have an account yet, you can install our app and from our setup wizard start the process of creating an account with SF Express. However, do note that a HK Business Registration is needed to create a SF Express account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support.
