Good customer service. Very responsive to questions and issues. It's directly integrated into Shopify so that helps. Only thing I am not 100% happy with is spam filtering. It could be better. Wish it had the same filtering and flagging for spam that GSuite uses.

Just set this up and switched from GSuite - the set up was super easy despite my system at first not wanting to accept the TXT name - so I contacted CS and the response was very quick and confirmed that I had the information in correctly - so I refreshed my page and it finally worked - really it was simple. Can't wait to see how well this app continues to do!
