I've been working with an agent for the past 2 months, so far there've never been any problems regarding order processing, fullfillment or anything order-related. They even go as far as to give u the product link on hypersku if u only provide a singular random picture. In contrast to other vendors, these guys are also very cheap and fast. Definitly a recommendation!
