I was looking for tool just ilke this. Amazing tool and even better customer service. Fast and so helpful.
The perfect app for me. They have everything you could need and the Dev's are super helpful with any tweaks you may need. ALL of my products are personalized custom and this app lets the customer upload pictures, type out texts, pick color swatches, time swatches, date swatches, you can change the color and layout of everything to match your store, allows cropping of images in any shape and size, I mean I really don't know what more they can do. 5 out of 5, HIGHLY recommend, super helpful team and awesome app!

To be honest I have been dealing with an issue for over a month now where certain customers, android users, are unable to upload photos. They are given very minimal information as to why they are not able to do so. Support just reiterates they are working on it. Annoyed that it is taking so long to figure this issue out.
And don't lie about me not responding to your emails. I have sent responses every single time and it would be nice if you could actually diagnose the issues instead of doing workarounds that dont even work based on specific devices. Clearly that is not working.
