Inkthreadable: Print on Demand

Customer Service is excellent. Embroidery is inconsistent - sometimes it is what you order, sometimes not. Printing is mostly good - had a few misprints. Quick to refund but slow to replace. Print timescales are poor, and delays are frequent.

Very happy with the service we have been receiving from Inkthreadable, they always go above and beyond to make sure that our orders are right. In the early days of our brand journey we feel reassured that orders will go out and be of great quality. Linked and integrated very easily with our shopify site, we couldn't be happier.

Inkthreadable is pretty good, theres a great range of products and the quality of printing and embroidery is good. Sometimes, when there is a lack of communication about orders placed, they are fairly swift to correct the issues.

Only ever had positive experiences using Inkthreadable. Customers love the products and the green packaging is a real selling point.

I was able to link my Shopify account incredibly easily to Inkthreadable and have enjoyed a seamless process of designing, uploading and selling items this year.

Most importantly for me however, has been having a direct contact at Inkthreadable who is always responsive and helpful. Selling online can be daunting and having a supplier who is so willing to engage in conversation and helping out whenever possible to answer our customer's questions has made this venture a viable one for me as a designer.

What can I say! Inkthreadable are amazing to work with. From seamless integration with TikTok shop and Shopify, to quick responses from the team regarding any queries. Top quality products and ease of use, its a winner from me. If you're thinking of starting a print business or even just ordering your own design prints, Inkthreadable are the company to go with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like to give inkthreadable a 5 star rating for their consistency, commitment and Clarity.

A few things I have learnt about Inkthreadable so far:

- They have a limited range of products and design area which is perfect if you are someone who struggles choosing a product or a design. This gives you a range to start from and test your ideas. Its a con in a way where you are limited to their products and design area.

- I have ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt from this website. The quality is good, the DTG print is really good, The embroidery is also really well done.

- They have a clear personalized branding option which is something I was attracted to from the start and has not disappointed me so far.

I am happy with the services I have received so far and wish to continue using their services.

I’ve worked with them for the last 3-4 years. I’ve tested a few printing companies in the UK and in Japan. Positives: In terms of print quality they are really good. The customer service is consistently quick (usually within 24 hours), fair, helpful and friendly. One of the main draws for me was their early adoption of fair trade/organic products. Super grateful to the team, I haven’t really had any issues apart from lost shipments and a few mistakes here and there that they quickly helped with. lost shipments aren’t really their fault anyway. That happens about 1 or 2% of the time I would say from my own experience. But again, can’t fault Inkthreadable for that as far as I can see. I think they’re a really good company. Improvement suggestions: I wish we had the option to double print white shirts, like you do for the black ones. prints look much better on black because you do 2 coats (white base, full color). I wish you could do that on white so the print is not so faded. I also wish we could check the stock for each product online. some t-shirt prints do eventually begin to disintegrate after around 100 washes, so if that could be improved that would be really great. anyway, you guys are killing it. the people leaving 1 star are haters .. I’m sure tons of people are happy with this company that don’t leave reviews. thanks for everything and looking forward to continue working with you

The started off well but terrible over the Christmas period, caused my store terrible damage with poor reviews, followed by no attempt to make up for it but to send you an empty sorry message. I still got orders in production placed in early December. Customers waiting for Christmas presents in early Jan. So you can imagine the effect that has on Amazon or Etsy store reviews. Stay clear is my advice.
