I've been using Inkthreadable as my main supplier for several months. The app is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. The best I've come across from 3 or 4 drop shippers Including some of the big names, that I've used.

The Selection and quality control of these guys is incredible.
Their application is so easy to use and I certainly will recommend to anyone who is looking for something intuitive.
The people behind the company is even much better - you know someone will always reply when you have a query .

Their ethical and sustainability policy is also one of their biggest strength and unique factor.

My customers love all my products because Inkthreadable puts great attention towards high quality print and garment.

System itself is at 4/5, Customer Service is fast and always available, although not always problem solving orientated 3/4. Product portfolio 4/5, process time 3/5, unfortunatly currently the software does not tell you if stock is available or not. So far 75% of my orders involved products out of stock and I had to get back to customers and find alternatives.
The team is working on developing the IT to include out of stock information, but currently this really is a show-stealer. Whitout this component in the future, the fulfillment is not really saving time and work. So unfortunatly, at the moment only 2/5.

EDIT: I just had to uninstall the App. Unfortunatly we had too many returns and quality issues. Labels were not printed as agreed, prints were not centered and either to much left or right, or to low, wrong sizes were sent, sometimes with packaging slip - sometimes without and and and. It is just not a reliable service (stock availability asweel... see above) and we can currently not use it and pass these problems on to our customers.

The team is always helpfull and available, but overall deliverytime from the UK to Germany is far too long (sometimes 10-14 days) The system is developing fast and it is visible the team is trying, it is just not at a usable point yet. perhaps we will retry in a year or two, currently it is costing us money, time and unhappy customers.

So far so good.

Been using inkthreadable for about a month now and their app integrates brilliantly and make it easy to choose what garments etc we print our t-shirts on. They have a great range!

initially, I was impressed with the Inkthreadable app, the production and delivery SLA's given on their website and the range of items it offers. However, I started a phase of testing things started to go bad. I first set up a whole bunch of products that I wanted to sell and then went through the process of placing a test order, for a couple of reasons: 1. I wanted to check the quality of the goods I had chosen and the quality of the printing. 2. I wanted to test that Inkthreadable could stand up to their production and delivery SLA's.

Firstly the production SLA on their website states 3-5 business days my items were completed and shipped in 7 business days so in total 9 days from when I initially placed the order. Then the order took another 2 days to be delivered meaning that from the point an order was placed to the time it arrived at my address was 11 days. Sadly for me, this is simply not good enough, as a small business owner, if I put this kind of service into use on my shop, I would fully expect to receive bad reviews left, right and centre.

The next problem is with what was delivered, the packing slip was poorly printed in places it was overloaded with ink and in others, there was no ink at all! Not a very professional look, in my opinion.

Finally, there was the quality of the garments, the actual clothing was pretty much as I expected it to be (good) however the printing, looked rushed to the point fibres from the garments appeared to be poking through the prints.

All in all, I'd have to say I wouldn't trust Inkthreadable to produce and ship my orders for me.

This 5 star rating is for the app and for the excellent service I've received from Inkthreadable since I first contacted them about a month ago.

Every question I have had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction.

Most importantly, the quality of their garment printing and their speed of order turnaround is incredible compared to my previous supplier.

What can I say! Inkthreadable are amazing to work with. From seamless integration with TikTok shop and Shopify, to quick responses from the team regarding any queries. Top quality products and ease of use, its a winner from me. If you're thinking of starting a print business or even just ordering your own design prints, Inkthreadable are the company to go with. I would like to give inkthreadable a 5 star rating for their consistency, commitment and Clarity.

A few things I have learnt about Inkthreadable so far:

- They have a limited range of products and design area which is perfect if you are someone who struggles choosing a product or a design. This gives you a range to start from and test your ideas. Its a con in a way where you are limited to their products and design area.

- I have ordered a hoodie and a T-shirt from this website. The quality is good, the DTG print is really good, The embroidery is also really well done.

- They have a clear personalized branding option which is something I was attracted to from the start and has not disappointed me so far.

I am happy with the services I have received so far and wish to continue using their services.

Our new business is proving to be so much easier thanks to Inkthreadable. First thing, their shopify App is super super easy to use and fully functional for our shopify store. The design aspect of the App is super easy to use. The mock ups they provide you with are okay but in reality are no worse than any of the other POD companies we have used. My experience in terms of customer service is that they are fabulously responsive whether it be email or online chat. I had an issue at the start of working with them that we could not call them, but as our business relationship with inkthreadable has developed I have complete confidence that Amy and her team can deal with all possible problems. The team have regularly saved me from embarrassment with my customers after fixing problems that have happened because I forgot to do something. I cant really find fault Inkthreadable - 100% recommend them.

I have to say, very impressed with the way Inktreadable does their business. Easy to upload designs, clothing quality is great. Delivery is very simple. My only gripe was the packaging. It could be a bit better experience from an end user POV, all items were together in one bag. Otherwise they would be getting a 5 star review from us at Ministry of Breaks

The quality of products ordered so far is good. Most sweatshirts though have annoying little stickers stuck to the fleece lining which doesn’t create a good impression for customers. I’m finding the 5 working day shipment timescale to be more like 5-7 working days. It is likely due to the Christmas lead up but delays aren’t communicated, which is poor customer service in my view.

So far so good! A number of samples ordered and very impressed with the quality and the turnaround speed. Customer orders have been received well and they love the eco packaging. Nothing negative to say and customer service is always very welcoming, helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.

Really like this app, it's very versatile and allows you to keep your account updated. , I like Inkthreadable and I like what they do, which is produce some 250+ POD products by a family run company that I'm happy to trust with products that are going to one of our customers. They are a British Company making British products for designers etc to put their prints on, and it is an excellent range of products too. I think we will be with Inkthreadable for the foreseeable.
There are several layers of membership including a free account and the help and support that I've received so far has been excellent.
It's nice to supply British products because it's supporting the economy & the only shipping that we need to consider is when shipping our brand worldwide, and it is good not to have to import things that we can in fact produce I'm this country unlike some 6 week wait drop shippers waiting for their goods to clear whilst their customers get annoyed? No thanks and we don't have to think about that, nor not charging UK postage.
I will update this review regularly so that it isn't out of date. It's our go to app having support that is relevent to the UK economy. Can i add that Inkthreadable also have chat rooms and those themselves are a great place for information and ideas plus they're a good place for start-ups to learn. There is plenty of support information from all the different print styles to PNG file formats and the correct ppi to use, plus anything else you probably want to know, and it's good to feel that your business is just has important to Inkthreadable as anyone elses. We use this company to fulfil all our orders after the workload became to much for us to keep on top of as we are running the business alongside studying degrees and it was a great decision. Orders are completed very quickly and to a high standard. If there is ever an issue with an item (mistakes happen :) ) they are very quick to solve it and always communicate with us quickly.
We are especially happy with the customer service, all of the staff we have spoke to have been very kind and helpful. We mostly talk to Lewis and Chloe who are both amazing and are always very kind and helpful. We can see that the company is always looking to improve as they are always adding new product types or changing product types to make them better. We would recommend reading all the guides when integrating your items to the app as it can take a little while to get your head around how it works but once you've integrated a few listings it's pretty easy to do so. We would love to see more products in the future such as cards, larger embroidery sizes, and possibly stickers but I think we're being greedy!

I've been using Inkthreadable for a few months now and they've been spot on. Easy to integrate with my Shopify too. I've had a couple of print issues but this has only really turned into a positive as their best asset is probably their customer service, whether it be the online chat or via email - they've got back to me within the day and sorted any issues promptly. I'm hoping to continue to use Inkthreadable for a long time and look forward to new products I can get some designs on!

Sold over 2,000 products in a number of months with Inkthreadable - faultless the whole time. What more can I say - even over the busiest period of the year. Given a walk around of the facility it is a seriously impressive operation and team. Used Prinful in the past - which was much more problematic. Will be staying on with Ink this year !

Been working with Inkthreadable for 3-4 years now and can honestly say they're the best POD company around. The print quality is great, the integration is seamless and the customer service is properly amazing. People are always on hand to answer any questions or fix any issues and they're really up front with accurate lead times or changes to products etc. With other PODs if feels like you're being fobbed off or talking to a robot but with Inkthreadable you know you're being supported by actual people who care. Can't recommend Inkthreadable enough!

Their customer service let both us and the charity we were raising money for down badly. Badly let us down with a Christmas order. For a business that is B2B, they do not understand their customers’ needs at all - that or they just do not care about them! Ordered some t-shirts on 3rd Dec, they had not arrived by 16th so chased them up as we needed to get them and post them out to our customers. We were also raising money for a charity with the sales, so it was urgent we got them in time to post them out in time for Christmas for both our sakes and the charities sake. Spoke to customer services on the morning of 17th who advised that there was a problem with a small section of the order, and they were reprinting it. I advised that section was not important, and they offered to post out the section that was ready that day so we could begin processing it. Spoke to them again later that day and they said they had not gone yet but they would def go that day or on Sat 18th at the latest. Stressed again and again how important it was that they went out so we could post them out to our customers in time for Christmas. I was then furious to find out they still had it in the factory on Monday. We did not get it until Wednesday 22nd which was too late to get it out to our customers. We were left looking stupid as we promised customers the goods were on their way over the weekend (because that’s what Inkthreadble had told us), out of pocket giving refunds and not able to give the charity the money we promised them. We complained and requested a refund. They apologised for the confusion and have given a 25% refund. This is not good enough. There was no 'confusion' with the order. They lied to us on 3 occasions. They had 3 chances to put things right and they have not. A testament of a good company is how they deal with things when they go wrong and how they look after their customers. Inkthreadble lied to us and looked after themselves rather than looking after their customers. They keep saying their delivery time scales are just estimates and using that as an excuse. That I can understand, the lies on the phone, I cannot. If they had posted the part of the order that was complete on the Friday or if they had given us a refund so we could still support the charity, I would have happily stayed with them as a customer. However, their awful B2B service in this case has forced us to leave. I would advise anyone else to stay clear if you value your own businesses good reputation.

Service is excellent, app is easy to use, although tend yo use the Head to the website button as it seems easier sometimes.
Times were slower during initial lockdown, but communication was good and so I could inform my customers. Delays were inevitable and most customers are understanding as we're all in the same boat.
End customers are very happy with the quality.

I really wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company! every order we have placed we have had problems, first couple of orders 2 of our customers had to wait over a month to be shipped 1 customer had then wanted a refund because it was taking so long. We had an order for 500ml water bottle, when it arrived the print was crooked a replacement was sent but even then the colour on it was off. They are just 2 examples of many. I feel like there is no care put into orders, if you value your company's reputation i would advise not to use Inkthreadable

Massive Stock Issues. Please be aware their website DOESN'T reflect the suppliers stock so once customer places an order, then they will notify you product is out of stock and ask to select replacement. This reflects badly on our store as I had to go back and disappoint customer. I have started looking for alternative fulfilment partner as this is a risk I am not prepared to take.

I've been using this app and Inkthreadable for 5 months now (Clothing side) and have to say my experience with both the app and the company has been great. It's not been easy for all of us through these times of COVID-19 but Inkthreadable have kept things going, albeit with some longer turnarounds on certain items but to be expected. The app functions well using shopify and once you get used to the odd little quirk with it, it's great.

Inkthreadable as a company are expanding their abilities with a recent factory move to larger premises and adding new additional print machines too. Their support team are great, really very helpful and if any print / QA issues arise they correct it and redo without a problem. The only area I'd like to see improve in particular for me is the range of available bright vivid colours on the Stanley / Stella line of TShirts but I'm hoping this will improve over time.

I would recommend trying them as an app and company, I've been very happy with them.

We've used Inkthreadable (a lot more than we expected to) since launching our brand. The app and UI is clean and fairly easy to navigate, although I would request a bit more clarity for the payment requirements etc, as that's a bt of a mindfield. That being said, the Inkthreadable teams support has been excellent and really makes them standout. Things have gone wrong, and issues have been flagged, but the team have identified and rectified our points, sending out replacement products when needed, FOC to us, which is all we can ask for the moment. Long term, it would be good to have some QA level back and forth, but understand that is difficult whilst ensuring rapid delivery as we require.
The quality of products on offer is excellent, we chose to stay clear of the cheapest options for most product and this paid off, the quality is great and selection is unparamount in UK POD services. Add to that environmentally aware packaging and a good notifications system for fulfilment, and we're happy!

Very poor service, teeshirts often printed wrong and have to be redone, so the 3-5 days is not correct. They do not notify you that they printed your teeshirt wrong they just add extra days. I have a customer who has waited 12 days for a tee which was 5-10 days delivery the item has not been delivered now were told 30 days for a refund when it should of been delivered after ten. Had to order a replacement which will now take another 5+ days to send as they are going to make mistakes again for sure. Very Disappointed. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS ONLY THEMSELVES

Really warm, friendly service with a sleek chat interface. They have only gotten better with time, and I have every confidence this will continue. Their environmental policy and ethics seem to be unparalleled among print-on-demand services on Shopify. They carry quality cotton products that I can't find anywhere else. While product creation can be slow and there are sometimes print issues, this doesn't seem that different from anywhere else. Products with print mishaps go to charity rather than to waste. Recommended.

I love your T-shirt products and you have brands that I could not find somewhere else from UK suppliers . However the experience with your app and website really drives me nut and is killing my patience. It is extremely slow and more often than not it just does not work at all, I kept clicking clicking and the site/app just remained as is. Creating a few products on here took me the whole day as the website just did not work properly. When I exported products to shopify, nothing came up on my Shopify. Note: this is not to do with my internet connection as everything else was working perfectly. In short, I really struggle to get things done with your app and website.

I still have a little bit of patience here and will keep going but I guess I might decide to go back to Printify soon as the app user experience is effortless there.

Ok in the start, but so many things wrong now. Integration doesn't fullfill the orders. In most cases they have the items in stock. Some mockup images are low in quality.

Hello!

The bug where orders were not being marked as fulfilled on Shopify when shipped by Inkthreadable was fixed some time ago, and we haven't had any further reports of this issue since. If you're still experiencing your orders not being fulfilled automatically, please could you reach out to our support team with more information?

Your review mentions that there are a lot of problems with the app, so if you could contact our team with any other issues you're experiencing then we'll look into those for you — we haven't had any reports from other users of any bugs, so it would be very helpful if you could report these for us asap.

We hold a limited number of products in stock, but the vast majority of the products in our catalogue are ordered on a next-day basis when an order is placed since we operate an on-demand business model. This means we rely on our suppliers to keep the products they offer in stock, and where possible we have multiple suppliers for the same product.

The mockup generator is a tool provided free of charge for all customers, but you're under no obligation to use it for any products printed by Inkthreadable. If you'd prefer, you can use alternative sources for mockups if you're looking for a different quality of mockup.

Inkthreadable has been the best choice for my business: the quality of their prints is excellent and the turnaround times aren’t too long (usually 2-3 business days). They’re also EU based, which reduced delivery times for my customers.

One other thing that amazed me was their customer service. The founders, Alex & Amy, have built a wonderful business with a great team that’s always there to help you. If you have a question or a problem, they’re easily reached via email or live chat. We all know sometimes things just don’t go as planned. Having an incredibly helpful & friendly customer service team who go out of their way to resolve the issue and help you out, is invaluable!

Really glad I found Inkthreadable and can’t wait to grow my business further with them!

I was quite daunted about how to build a website and integrate my products but the shopify app with inkthreadable made it so much easier than I had imagined. I find the process quick and easy, and my customers have reported back positively from the customers viewpoint. I would recommend any new startup to consider using this process, it gets you up and running in no time and all aspects are easy to learn.

Real Confidence - In a Virtual World.

Before we started our wife and husband, lifestyle business about a year ago we undertook a large amount of research across the range of White Label, Print on Demand Drop Shippers that were all shouting for our work.
We looked carefully under the bonnet of InkThreadable and benchmarked them against many of the other international players.
What stood out during this research period was the very human, energetic and socially/environmentally responsible image they were projecting for themselves as a business.
We knew we wanted a supplier that we could talk to, learn from and when things go wrong (as they always do at some point in every supply chain) would stand up to the mark.
We went with InkThreadable and have not been disappointed - even when things got bumpy back in the summer of 2018 they resolved things professionally, taking full responsibility. They turned us into not just clients of theirs, but into Advocates.
- The Leadership is honest and dynamic and this carries through into every member of the very responsive and likeable team we have dealt with.
- The App integrates perfectly with Shopify and is a doddle to use. The help desk supports very effectively whenever we've had difficulty
- The turnaround times make our business viable 2-5 working days (1 day recently!)
- Print quality is spot on (on the occasions when it has not been then a replacement has been sent or a refund made without it being an issue)
- They are always on the hunt for new product lines and involve clients in proper testing
- We believe they make nice cups of tea and love animals too!

We run our business from Italy and these guys are in Blackburn, UK. They really do give confidence in a virtual world and are worth testing out.

100% of orders have been delayed by 1-2 weeks.
Irritating UX at times especially when uploading an alternative colour design on multiple colour t-shirts. Every customer has emailed me asking where their order is, now as a brand new company, I have no trust and it's inkthredables fault. Believe me, I was so excited to use these guys and give them a great rating for a UK company, but they let themselves down. The chat team are mostly nice though, Liam being the most caring.

I've been using Inkthreadable for over a year now so feel I can give an accurate representation of how they perform.

I have been able to watch first hand as shipping times are reduced from waiting days to now sometimes waiting mere minutes between ordering and receiving a shipping notification.

Their product catalogue is always expanding and they welcome ideas & feedback from their users via their Facebook group. That alone in itself is an absolutely fantastic resource as you are able to communicate with likeminded individuals who also use Inkthreadable. Have a question to ask, trying to integrate with Shopify or just want a chat? The group has it all.

The staff are all incredibly helpful & friendly and are easily reached via their online chat support. In more recent months they have begun to interact more with their user base, such as giving us detailed analytics about how well the company performs in regards to shipping times (which is very reassuring to see!).

Don't let the negative reviews put you off; when I opened my store with Inkthreadable I had my qualms too, but I can assure you now, a year on, I have no regrets and can't wait to see what 2019 brings for the company!

Hats, Sock, Hoodies, T-Shirts and Accessories. All easily accessible and ready for customising using inkthreadable's app and service. Easy to figure out and support chat to help you out if you get stuck! Only drawbacks would be the customisation print area sizes and stock selections, which only seem to be growing more and more anyway. simply fantastic work so far!!!

Thanks for the review! Print sizes are determined by the print beds we use, so these will remain the same for the foreseeable future - though we do have an ever expanding range of sublimation products which can be printed all-over. So far so good. Really easy top use and an efficient way to create products in Shopify. Yet to go live with orders yet so cannot say how well it performs.

The worst print on demand company. Received an order from a customer, made payment instantly. Shipping status did not change for over a week. Followed up with an email, no reply. Called and got an answering machine. When I finally spoke to someone they said that the top was out of stock and they wouldn't get the top back in stock for 2 weeks. No emails received prior to informing me of this. Reassured they would send out to the customer on the 14th August. I have just received a refund into my bank on the 26th August with no explanation. Made my business look completely unprofessional and a customer lost.

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience using Inkthreadable.

It's very unusual to hear that a customer has struggled to get in touch with our support team. All messages from all channels come through to a shared inbox, and we make sure to respond to all queries in the order they are received. it's possible your email didn't reach us, so please accept my apologies for this. Calls out of hours do go straight to voicemail, so if you called outside of our 9am - 5pm hours then you wouldn't reach our support team.

The only reason we would refund an order in this manner would be if we couldn't get hold of you for instruction on how to handle the order when there were stock issues. It sounds like there has been a breakdown of communication, but since quite a lot of time has now passed (Shopify have only just allowed replies to reviews) this isn't something I can investigate in terms of offering a resolution in this reply.

Your experience of our service isn't typical, and we expect a much higher level of service from ourselves than this. Following this reply I'll reach out by email to see if there's anything more we can do for you.

It's a hit and miss using their print fulfillment service. Their customer service team are commendable and always get back on time but the whole fulfillment service is just a letdown and disappointing. Print quality is so-so compared to other DTG providers I tried which much better. Had a missing order that didn't arrived, the team agreed to arrange for order replacement and re-delivery but after 4 weeks, nothing came. Recommend for any new startups or brands to look elsewhere if you just starting up your small business or you may end up dealing with order issues with your customers.

Worst dropshipping service ever. Every now and then they are printing 1 t-shirt for 2-3 weeks. Support is always responding with a bs about quality control fail. If you value your clients time, then don't bother installing this app. And I've used them for more than a year, so this is a constant problem. There are plenty of dropshipping services that are much much better.

Where do i start with Inkthreadable? I run Two businesses and use Inkthreadable for both. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've used other printing services and this one is by far the quickest for shipping. Usually have the item shipped within the week maximum. Only twice has it taken longer. You won't find better quality prints from another dropshipping service. Keep up the good Work, Alex, Liam and the rest! :)

Impeccable customer service - super friendly, quick, and efficient. They provide an amazing service and listen to their customers/clients needs and implement plans to introduce new features and products. The only time mistakes - misprints or delays have happened is during holiday periods and the team has been fantastic at remedying issues quickly and keeping me informed about progress.

A real shame being a uk company but far too expensive, £9 for a mug, I'd need to sell them at £15 to make it worth while, a test purchase done and blemishes in the finish, not good enough for a £9 mug!

I have been using Inkthreadable for just over a month now and haven't really had any problems with their service. Their app integrates with shopify quite nicely, meaning its easy to mock up designs on their website and transfer them straight to your store therefore reducing the time it takes to create new products. I feel 4/5 stars is a fair judgement of their service as printing and shipping times can be a little slower than ideally you would want. But this is to be expected with a company printing on demand to a range of clients, therefore it is something you take on-board before choosing them as a supplier. Overall for me, the pro's of using their service and they are UK based, clearly outweigh the con's.

Very unreliable supplier!

Their website says they’ll contact you if your products are late. That’s a lie! I’ve had to chase every single delay myself. It’s a shame because the products are good. The app works well for me though.

Over a third of my orders have shipped late and the staff regularly fails to be open about the reason of the delays. One of my orders shipped ONE MONTH late! So far I’m still waiting for any kind of compensation.

They keep promising an improvement.

The products look great on screen but just try to get them working and that's where everything falls apart.

A huge number of products simply don't transfer over to Shopify (for no discernable reason). I got in touch with the support team via the chat box on their website and was (eventually) told they'd run some tests but they haven't responded to me since.

And that's not to mention the testers I ordered only to receive an email that they couldn't print some of the colours they offered.

It would've been nice to switch to a supplier with more choice available but I wouldn't trust Inkthreadable for a second with a customer order.

Really massive shame that this company couldn't live up to their promises. It has all the right ideas and had everything i wanted... printing, dropshipping, tags, packing slips etc but when it come down to it...it was the complete opposite. Deliveries up to 3 weeks, no customer interaction, the printing itself was almost see through it was that cheap and poorly done. I used them and had to stop immediately as they are damaging to a reputation. I was promised constantly that my clothing was being made as a priority but it was painfully obvious they just didn't have the stock...and when they finally did..they produced really terrible printing. Avoid completely if you want to maintain any sort of customer satisfaction and trust
