Inkthreadable: Print on Demand

Inkthreadable have completely transformed my business, they do an amazing job and in the past couple of months the orders have been shipped out super fast! I have been using them for over a year now and the only negative thing I had to say at the start was that the printing and shipping was slow. But since they have updated their printing facilities everything has been perfect! The staff have been super helpful too, I would definitely recommend using Inkthreadable for your business!

The started off well but terrible over the Christmas period, caused my store terrible damage with poor reviews, followed by no attempt to make up for it but to send you an empty sorry message. I still got orders in production placed in early December. Customers waiting for Christmas presents in early Jan. So you can imagine the effect that has on Amazon or Etsy store reviews. Stay clear is my advice.

The Selection and quality control of these guys is incredible.
Their application is so easy to use and I certainly will recommend to anyone who is looking for something intuitive.
The people behind the company is even much better - you know someone will always reply when you have a query .

Their ethical and sustainability policy is also one of their biggest strength and unique factor.

After previously having a lot of issues with Inkthreadable we decided to give them another go as we really wanted to work with a UK based supplier and we have been pleasantly surprised. They seem to be living up to their promises so far and we hope to continue working with them for the foreseeable future.

We chose Inkthreadable as we were keen to use a UK based supplier. However, we experienced numerous issues with quality, errors in fulfilment and poor customer service. Whilst customer service is prompt, you are left with the distinct impression they do not really care – or do anything meaningful to help. Christmas was a particular low point as they failed to meet their own delivery guidelines. Promised service improvements never materialised – and we have now closed our account having decided it is simply too risky to place the reputation of our fledgling online business in this company.

initially, I was impressed with the Inkthreadable app, the production and delivery SLA's given on their website and the range of items it offers. However, I started a phase of testing things started to go bad. I first set up a whole bunch of products that I wanted to sell and then went through the process of placing a test order, for a couple of reasons: 1. I wanted to check the quality of the goods I had chosen and the quality of the printing. 2. I wanted to test that Inkthreadable could stand up to their production and delivery SLA's.

Firstly the production SLA on their website states 3-5 business days my items were completed and shipped in 7 business days so in total 9 days from when I initially placed the order. Then the order took another 2 days to be delivered meaning that from the point an order was placed to the time it arrived at my address was 11 days. Sadly for me, this is simply not good enough, as a small business owner, if I put this kind of service into use on my shop, I would fully expect to receive bad reviews left, right and centre.

The next problem is with what was delivered, the packing slip was poorly printed in places it was overloaded with ink and in others, there was no ink at all! Not a very professional look, in my opinion.

Finally, there was the quality of the garments, the actual clothing was pretty much as I expected it to be (good) however the printing, looked rushed to the point fibres from the garments appeared to be poking through the prints.

All in all, I'd have to say I wouldn't trust Inkthreadable to produce and ship my orders for me.

I used these guys for around a year. I really wanted to like them, as a UK based print on demand supplier.

In fairness, the print quality on some T-shirts was pretty good. The app, payments etc.. was all very simple to use. The issue was always delivery speed - which was hopeless.

They always promise that orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Whilst I had a few that went in that time, the vast majority went way past that. in fact I had some orders waiting A MONTH before they were shipped.

This is isn't acceptable, and damaged our business. Thankfully I'm now in the position where I can buy in stock in bulk, so no longer need to use Inkthreadable or a print on demand supplier.

Would I recommend these guys, unfortunately, no, I wouldn't. Not until they speed up their production process significantly.

This 5 star rating is for the app and for the excellent service I've received from Inkthreadable since I first contacted them about a month ago.

Every question I have had has been answered quickly and to my satisfaction.

Most importantly, the quality of their garment printing and their speed of order turnaround is incredible compared to my previous supplier.

I have been using Inkthredible for 2 years now and would not use anyone else. Their customer service is just fantastic and the products are made with care and delivered on time. You have nothing to lose by using them as your POD supplier they are the best!

Inkthreadable have been an invaluable app/partner as we have been expanding our online business. For both our Etsy, Shopify and Ebay stores, they have provided excellent quality products that have been getting consistent 5 star reviews from our customers, coupled with extremely quick shipping - including the crazy Christmas season!
We were relatively new to such apps and the POD industry, so it's been a learning curve on our teams side and we've sent multiple queries, always getting a prompt, detailed and supportive response. In the run up to Christmas before we had linked all our newer products to the app, we experienced much higher demand than usual and the Inkthreadable team went above and beyond for weeks - during what must have also been their busiest time of the year helping our business to keep up on taking orders and processing them on time. Without this extra personal assistance, we would have literally been forced to pause taking orders at the busiest time of the year.
All our products are now linked with this app and everything has been working seamlessly for our multiple sales channels with the only few errors being sourced to us not following the instructions fully for some adhoc products.
Development wise, as we've been gaining in experience and growing our business we have a few wish list items we're working with Inkthreadable on. When our business first started, we were using one of the biggest well known global players but they severely let us down and were extremely unhelpful and slow to recognise the damage this was causing our business. Inkthreadable's far more responsive and supportive partnership approach made all the difference!
