It took a day or two to get an answer, but the answer was the right solution, so thank you for your help there. I just wonder what will happen if this happens to customers. That the app shows that social media is blocked.

I am in love with this cool app! Keeping up with social media content is always a struggle for me because I do everything, but this app makes it super easy to post my social media content to my site and in turn, get more social media followers from the process.

I purchased this App because I wanted to install my "X" feed to my website. There was no indication that "X" was not available at the time of purchase (4 stars because the app worked well with the other social feed I used). Then, I contacted customer service and was told the "X" feed is being worked on right now because of the API requirements that were implemented by "X". So, I asked for additional service time and was given 90 extra days until the "X" feed is available. Good job on them for giving the extra service time without any hesitation.
I used the app on my website so I can share my social feed. I think this helps customers connect with our products.
