Shoddy, frequently disconnects

To share a bit more context here: the disconnections you encountered are related to authentication token expirations from a third-party API. These can occur for reasons outside of our direct control, such as security updates, API limitations, or unexpected token resets. Unfortunately, this tends to happen more often with Personal accounts, which are inherently less stable when connected through these APIs.

Julie was super helpful and explained everything clearly.. great support!
When it works, it looks really good. However, more often than not it just disconnects itself and doesn't tell you, so you end up with a blank page or one massively outdated. Having to uninstall and look elsewhere and it's just too unreliable.
A great app that does what it says it will do. If you're stuck, the quick and helpful communication with support will help.
