Awesome app UNTIL you have a problem. Worst support I have seen since I started my site on Shopify. Might be because the app is free.

After adding the product galleries code, it started messing with my checkout, cart pop-up store buttons and the product image display. The team responded a couple of times after I reported the issue. The responses did not help. I was told that the issue was forwarded to their development team after I constantly kept emailing them. Been 3 weeks now and no solution or as much as an update as to where things are. Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE APP DO NOT USE. IT DOES NOT MAKE YOUR INSTAGRAM SHOPPABLE IT GIVES YOU A LINK TO PUT IN YOUR BIO SO PEOPLE CAN SEE A PAGE TO SHOP THE PHOTOS. COMPLETELY POINTLESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID

I have logged in with this app already. I recently changed my insta password so I was trying to log in to this app again from Shopify but it's not working anymore. not sending a reset password either. If I try to sign up again it says this user id already exists and I tried their live chat and send a message for help. Nothing, nada. I feel so lost and this app put me in a loop I feel I can't get out of. :(

I've followed the instructions, but it's not working on my feed and I cant find a customer service number, email or contact anywhere. How are we supposed to contact you for help?

It looked great when we downloaded it and started using Snapppt, but it didn't put prices on our feed nor the tags to shop, and only made us change our actual website with theirs.

impossible to delete or deactivate your account! Does not make your actual instagram shoppable.

Super confusing UI and horrible customer support. We've had some simple requests for info after the theme wouldn't auto-install and the code couldn't be implemented. Close to a dozen emails later they refuse to give us simple information, nor message us back. Terrible app and people.

Don't like writing bad reviews. Had high expectations. Unfortunately, I had no support from this app. It stopped working without notice and contacted support staff in many occasions without and answer.

1 star because they didn't take the hint to unsubscribe from any and all unsolicited e-mails.

Had to blacdklist their domain and every single Source IP in order to stop getting e-mails.
