Great app that delivers on the goods. Easy to set up your instagram shop and get it running. Nice ability to select some posts from instagram and remove others.

This app does everything that is says and more. I would have rated it 5 stars, however, the technical team seems to be lagging in regards to fixing technical difficulties with the app. Possibly hiring more staff would help with this issue.

I just wish we could customize the language "BUY" - we'd love to share links from IG posts that aren't necessarily products. We also share blog post links, calls for contributors, etc. that we'd love to incorporate into this clickable feed. Otherwise, this is a GREAT app.

This is the second time installing the app. First time it showed some but not all of our UGC and it overtime showed less and less. I uninstalled and looked for a different app but couldn't find one that let me easily edit which pics from feed showed up so I returned. It's several steps but I regram any posts that the app doesn't pick up in the People Powered tags. The regram idea took a few emails to get as an idea from the staff at SNPT. I didnt like the extra steps so I left. Now I am back and did it it seemed to work fine but isnt great for my instgram restyling.

Like that I can put gallery on product page now as social proof as people decide whether to buy and tailor it with just pics of that product.

Good concept but needs a little tweaking.. maybe even a partnership with Instagram? Would be 5 Stars if you didn't have to redirect customers away from your Shopify page. I still link to www.hilogrowshop.com in my Instagram bio. I do use some of the features though and the team seems very kind and professional. Currently rating 4 stars.

Like the app, and how customers can shop the feed. Looks great on our website, however I have encountered some problems with loading the instagram feed pics.

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design.

I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem.

It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

There are a few options to remove the 'grey band' you are seeing in your product page galleries. You can use the Fallback Gallery feature to fill the gallery with your most recent images for a richer customer experience. Alternatively, you can remove the background from the section where there are no items to display so it does not appear grey. Snapppt has been a great addition to my Instagram feed allowing customers to shop directly from Instagram. It's easy to use, understand and update!
