Thanks to the help of Fede and James we have found a good solution for our 4 stores regarding UGC. It's super cool that we can customize the design according to our needs. Tagging is easy and the app is very user-friendly. We are pleased that our feature requests have been accepted and partly implemented.

I probably don't use this app for its fully intended purpose (the online store part) but I enjoy using it for my social media feed in my website footer. It does a great job displaying the feed and has an intuitive interface that I like. Overall, quite happy and would recommend this app.
