Fast Simon Search and Filters

Instant Search+ appears to be a great app. It checks all the boxes for what I need for customers to find the items that they are looking for on my website. However, I do find the initial installation support extremely lacking. I have spent many hours trying to configure the app without much success. I have reached out to support several times, and get directed back to the same product documentation that I am following for set up. I even inquired about getting some additional support (for a fee), and was told that wasn't included in my package. Bottom line appears to be that if you aren't prepared to go in on the more expensive plans, the support is not available to help you optimize the an entry or mid level of the app. Very disappointing...definitely not what I was told by the sales rep that sold me on the program.

Was paying $100/month and had an issue with the way this app was working. Took two times reaching out to customer support to get an answer. When I did, they told me there was a conflicting problem with their app and another. Instead of looking into they told me to contact support for the other app. Needless to say, deleted instant search and installed another.

Great search tool, our customers are finding exactly what they are looking for and finding it quickly. We couldn't be happier with Instant Search +. Thank you!

If you're looking for a multifunctionality free search app in lieu of your Shopify theme's native search feature, this app is just the ticket. We were pleasantly surprised to discover so many useful features in the back end and the store front end. Features that you'd normally never expect to be found in a free app. Moreover, our questions to the developer about using the app were promptly answered. We can definitely recommend Instant Search +.

I enjoyed this addon until I realized I wasn't receiving what I needed from it at the $20 a month price point. Support said I didn't really matter to them because we are a new shop with low traffic so they would discount their plan for what we needed to $30 a month. After being told "You won't really make us any money." I switched to Smart Search & Instant Search. That costs me $18 a month and does everything I need that Instant Search + wants $90 a month for!

Their addon works alright if you don't mind tossing money into a black hole and having support tell you that you aren't important. Also if you sign up for a year subscription and try to cancel they try to make it sound like you shouldn't get a refund because of some hotel analogy. Just avoid this company!

Had a nightmare of a time transferring our Instant Search + data over to a new Shopify store. Instant Search + works pretty well once you have it setup, but migrating data to a new store was sure a headache.

This app has a lot of potential. We just installed it and will report back soon
