App developer is very responsive and quick to solve problems. I just started using the app and so far am impressed with the options and ease of manipulating the templates without having to know how to change code. Hoping to add this to my wholesale POS after trying it with my retail store for a few weeks

Invoice Falcon provides a great way for us to print customized detailed receipts and work orders directly from the Shopify POS. The format is easy to customized exactly for our specific requirements. The support has been fantastic. They are responsive and have been extremely helpful to us. Thank you very much.

We've been using this app for years! Haven't had much trouble, but recently had an issue with the quote pdf propagating. Hassan was great help and fixed this issue very quickly.
