For such a simple app - this app has soooo many issues.
PDFs dont load, Tax not calculated properly, address updates don't populate, downtime, - we use PDF quotes and invoices every day for our B2B store - and I have had enough of the issues - I am changing to another app.

Some context: we acquired the app from the previous owners, and the version you were using had unfortunately been neglected for 4+ years. A lot of the issues you’ve mentioned (PDF loading, tax calculation, address sync, stability) were part of that legacy system.
Since then, we’ve rebuilt the app with a new engineering team, significantly improved performance, and 24/7 support. The new version of Invoice Falcon is way better than what was there before. :)
If you’re open to it, I’d genuinely love for you to take a look at the new version and make it work for your needs.

App is very limited in what it offers. Experienced some issues but Mia was very helpful in resolving the issue.
Hey there! Thanks for sharing this. We’ve since released a completely new version of the app. It now includes much faster document printing, full HTML/code customization, and a visual editor for quick changes without technical work.
The version you used was from before we acquired the app - it had unfortunately been neglected for 4+ years, which led to some of the limitations you experienced.

Hey there! I’m really sorry you ran into this. To be transparent, the UI issues and saving problems you experienced were part of the older version of the app from before we acquired it. It hadn’t been maintained well for 4 years.
Since taking over recently, we’ve rebuilt Invoice Falcon from the ground up and fixed a lot of the stability issues you’re describing. If you’re open to giving it another shot, I’d love to personally make sure your experience is much smoother this time.

Invoices are extremely customisable through an easy-to-use interface. I've been using them for a few years now and the last year or so they have performed very reliably (previous to that there was the odd syncing error). Customer service is happy to help with any questions / issues, I have contacted them twice now and they were friendly and fast.

We had a discrepancy between Shopify orders and Falcon invoices, but Mohammad resolved it quickly, along with a small tax display issue. Overall, it’s a good app that works well and offers good support.
