I'm super impressed with this app, and the way the developers have worked with me to get it working exactly the way I needed it to. When I first installed the app, I realised that I'd need a few changes to get it working the way I wanted, and the developers were more than happy to make the required changes. Their communication was great, they were really fast with the requested changes, and they've been fantastic in every way. I've now got an app that I'm really happy with. It makes my tax invoices look professional, which is what I was after, and it is set to automatically email my customers, so I don't have to remember to process anything manually. Highly recommend this app.

Highly recommend!
I really like that "pay for what you need" concept. This App helps me to keep my costs down in the beginning and lets me upgrade every time i need to, without selling me a monthly subscription, payable for 12 months up front.
The designs are simple, yet good looking, and have some good features even in the free plan. like different taxes, pictures on/off, sku on/off etc.
UPDATE: I am using this for a few months now, and I had no problems switching back and forth between the different subscriptions. The team is putting great effort in this app, and IF something does not work as I want it to, they do what they can to satisfy my needs. I would upgrade this to a 6-star review if I could.
UPDATE 2: It´s again a few weeks later, and it is still the best team and app out there. I never had someone reply that fast as these guys.
### A Cautionary Tale: My Appalling Experience with This App
I must share my disheartening experience with this app, which has rendered our reconciliation process utterly impossible. It's been frustrating beyond words. The app frequently hangs, causing significant delays and interruptions. Moreover, the invoicing process is a nightmare, constantly malfunctioning and compounding our frustrations. Given the exorbitant monthly fee, it's an absolute rip-off.
The nightmare doesn't end there. Every single month, we face these recurring issues. When we seek assistance, the support team's responses are utterly unhelpful. They either deny the problem exists or offer vague assurances that they're "working on it," which only adds to our frustration.
The most shocking part is that we've recently discovered they're sharing our sensitive data with third-party developers without our consent. This flagrant breach of trust is unacceptable, and Shopify should take strict legal action against such unethical apps. The security of our data should be paramount.
### Update as of March 09, 2024 – A Word of Warning
I want to warn everyone using this app: its data is highly inaccurate, leading to serious issues with calculating monthly sales and taxes. If you're relying on their CSV files, be extremely cautious. To make matters worse, their customer service is lethargic in addressing these critical issues – we've had to wait for weeks for resolutions.
**P.S.:** The problems persist without any resolution in sight, even after a significant amount of time has passed.
### Final Verdict as of May 18, 2024
Today, we are removing this application. After wasting years, we've realized that expecting any improvement is futile. This app is definitely not suitable for India or for sellers handling over 5,000 orders a month. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app.
Excellent app. Simple and easy to use. Effective. Saves valuable staff time not having to resend commercial invoices. Also handy as a bulk order printer. Good value for money
I have used this app to print my invoices/packing slips. It does the job that I need it to do. No complaints from me at this time.
It's a really good app to control your invoices and save time. They have a great support team that always looks for the best option to help and solve issues.

Invoice Falcon is user-friendly and has time-saving features. It is secure and really efficient. It is reliable, fast, and responsive. It functions smoothly, without crashing or freezing, and responds quickly to user inputs.
The good thing is you can edit everything before printing in pdf. That's what I needed. Really Great customer team.
