El Chat es bueno, pero no tiene ninguna integración con Shopify, ni clientes, pedidos, etc. Por el resto es buena app.

Ojalá pudieran sincronizar información que serviría para hacer seguimiento fácilmente.

An O.K. app, but tricky. Beware it´s very difficult to remove, once you request to cancel your account, they are supposed to send you a code to your email which of course, never arrives, so they won´t let you cancel your account that easy. even deactived, the app still runs on my website. It´s a pain in the neck. I should have never installed this app!

We are sincerely sorry for your experience. We see that you have uninstalled Jivo widget from your website already. To uninstall Jivo from your website, you do not need to cancel your account. Via, Shopify Apps you can uninstall Jivo, thus widget will disappear. Anyways, we will review our account cancellation process as well to figure out what went wrong.
