Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.

The support chat function works really well,
Tania was really helpfull today changing the widget to the basic one again.

Regarding the email notification for points expiration, we understand your concern and truly appreciate your patience. We're happy to inform you that we've integrated this feature with Shopify Flow. This allows you to send reminders to customers when their loyalty points are about to expire, encouraging them to redeem their points before the deadline. Overall great app. Customer service is quick, responsive and personable (thanks, Prakash!)

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.

The app is really nice and most of the times understandable. I have some smaller problems in the translation into german, but Tiana was very quick to get me on the right path.

The app is simple to use and good for our strictly POS usage. It is not perfect as it seems more geared towards shopify stores that also use a website. Our business is strictly 'brick and mortar' so there are a lot of features we do not use. However the support is fantastic. We have worked with Lydia on a few different issues and she is always very helpful and patient!

I ran into an issue while setting up and Tiana took over at the end of anothers shift and was quick to respond and help. Still waiting on a respond from tech support on my original issue.
