It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

App seems great so far and their support (shout out to Hanna) has been spectacular. Not able to give a proper review until I have used it for a while though.
Hana was very helpful and prompt with assisting us! The team is always lives up to their reputation and it has been a good experience thus far
The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful.
I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.
Still figuring out some features, but Tracy was really helpful and kind when I reached out for support
Apps work well and easy, unfortunately the e mail notification to inform the points expire is not working and we are waiting now for 1.5 yrs. It seems not to be apriorty.

Sometimes the POS integration is a bit buggy, but Shopify makes so many updates I imagine it's hard to keep things running smoothly. Love their new analytics, it seems like this team is working very hard to expand the app's capabilities.

The app is simple to use and good for our strictly POS usage. It is not perfect as it seems more geared towards shopify stores that also use a website. Our business is strictly 'brick and mortar' so there are a lot of features we do not use. However the support is fantastic. We have worked with Lydia on a few different issues and she is always very helpful and patient!
