We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!

We are very happy with the Joy app. Everything works exactly as we needed and the setup was smooth and intuitive. The features are well thought out and fit perfectly with our Shopify store.

What really stands out is the customer support. Hana was absolutely amazing, very responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She guided us through everything step by step and made the whole experience stress-free.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable app with excellent support behind it.

I’ve had an exceptional experience thus far with Joy Loyalty. They went above and beyond to help set up my loyalty program with their 24/7 support they make any adjustments and tweaks to your loyalty program instantly.

When searching for a loyalty program I was between Smile or Joy and inevitably went with Joy because of their great customer service.

Daniel helped with onboarding and figuring out exactly what my loyalty program needs.
Rosie has most recently helped me with my troubleshooting needs.

The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance.
While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward.

The app is easy to use and setup is straightforward. The loyalty features work well for basic needs and do what they’re supposed to. What really stands out is the support team, they’re super responsive and very helpful. Overall, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done nicely.

The app is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the small, yet impactful features, such as the points wallet feature that allows customers to see how many points they can receive per purchase. Also the customer service team is amazing.

We've been searching for a tool that can effectively boost customer loyalty and repeat purchase rates, and Joy perfectly meets our needs. Its points reward system has greatly motivated customer spending and engagement behavior. The backend data dashboard is very intuitive, clearly showing the conversions and revenue it has brought us. Compared to the value it delivers, the pricing is extremely reasonable. The customer support team responds quickly and resolves issues professionally. If you're still hesitating, I can say this is one of the best investments we've made on Shopify. Daniel, in particular, has been an excellent partner to work with—whenever I have any questions, he always follows up patiently and in great detail.
