Thanks for Esther's help. Rapid response! The problem is that Shopify is asking for 100 characters review.
Setting up the app is super easy and once you start the Premium plan it allows you to customize EVERYTHING! I had an issue with the widget not showing up on the website, so I contacted support through their chat. Esther was extremely helpful and figured out the problem in seconds! I will follow-up on the function of the rewards program as we are launching it soon!
