The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful.

I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works!

The app is really nice and most of the times understandable. I have some smaller problems in the translation into german, but Tiana was very quick to get me on the right path.

I recently used the Joy app while building a demo store for a potential client, and I must say, their support team went above and beyond to help me achieve the perfect configuration. A special shout-out to Sonny, who was incredibly attentive and efficient throughout the process.

I wanted to make some customizations, like replacing the floating widget button with a header icon, and they handled it brilliantly. Despite a few challenges, Sonny and the team were patient, provided timely updates, and delivered an amazing solution. They even customized the icon’s behavior and placement to meet my needs.

Although some limitations exist (like the animation opening position), their willingness to adapt and find workarounds was impressive. This level of dedication ensures I'll choose their app for the live production site if the client approves the demo.

Highly recommend this app for its functionality and unparalleled customer support! If you're lucky, you might get Sonny to assist you!

The app is very easy to use and intuitive. The support and help with installation from Hana was amazing, she proceeded with the onboarding and setting up all the setting for me without having to do anything. Looking forward to see the full potential of the app.

Pretty easy to setup, especially if you have some familiarity with code. Didn't love the design of the loyalty page out of the box, but again, I was able to customize it exactly as I needed ('cause I know Liquid, HTML, CSS, etc.)

What you get in the free tier is pretty substantial. Definitely enough to get you up and running with rewards. We'll be upgrading to the second tier account type soon.

Their support team is quick and great.
