The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful.
I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.
The app is wonderful as a basic means for managing a rewards and loyalty program. However there documentation is lacking and their support is horrible. I have yet to receive help with issues I have managing simple functions within it. So, if you download this app, be prepared to figure it out on your own - you'll get no help from their support team.

I've started using the Joy loyalty app, which offers numerous features. While implementing Joy (as I transition to a new loyalty system), I've received excellent support from the Joy team. I'd particularly like to thank Damian and the entire crew for their assistance.

Having previously used another loyalty program a year or so ago - until it priced itself out of our reach - I knew exactly what we wanted, and when it came down to features for the cost, 'Joy' was a clear winner for us.
There are plenty of options to tailor a rewards program to your liking and to get the design just right for your site. There's an easy-to-follow step-by-step process and plenty of documentation to help you set it up. But, if you prefer to have it done for you, support will happily do that. I preferred to try to do it alone, but there was just one element I couldn't get to work on, and finally I had to contact support. Kevin was brilliant, he completely understood what I was trying to do and came up with a fix in next to no time.
In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with this app and the support I received.
