Awesome app and has plenty of functionality on the free plan for new businesses getting started. Amazing, quick support from Audrey when I got stuck configuring a widget too.

Alyssa was wonderful! Very patient and helped me with all 10 questions I had. The support team immediately jumped in to fix an issue I was having in my store. So glad to be using this for my rewards program. I have used several others in the past and this one is wonderful for the cost and the support you receive.

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

We are launching loyalty for our store and website. I've used their chat feature a handful of times during pre-launch and their support and technical team has always been accessible and very helpful. We ended up having an onboarding call with Nolan, and Jade ended up helping polish us up to be launch ready. Great experience all around!

I’m impressed by Joy Rewards for their exceptional support and great feature list. I dealt with Sonny, Emily, Alyssa, Kevin, Tracy and Hana all people who were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved issues promptly not to mention I didn't have to go thru the pain of explaining my issue again and again. (JOY they need a raise).
The range of features they offer is both comprehensive and user-friendly. Highly recommend them for outstanding service and support!

I'm very happy with the Joy App so far, I could customise it to suit my brand which I love.

Audrey was so helpful and kind and appreciate her super fast assistance, I don't think I've had any help as fast as this before.

I highly recommend the Joy app, and one last thing it is a lot more affordable for small start out businesses like mine than other apps.

Been working with Joy multiple months now. We have been very satisfied with how things work here, including the seamless POS experience.
Today we had some issues with changing layout of the app and Lydia was quick to respond and walk us through the process. Great experience!

Great app, lots of features and customizations to choose from. We were confused about a few things, but contacting support was quick, and Audrey was very patient and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve our concerns. We're still on the free plan, but will definitely upgrade to unlock even more features!
