We absolutely love this app for our shop! It is one of the few apps that plays nicely with our theme and runs smoothly! Joy's customer service team is extensive and absolutely amazing!! We are extremely happy with their knowledge and efficiency! We'd like to give a shout out to Tiana, Sunny, Hana, Lydia, Liz, Pamela, Tracy, Emily, and Prakash! They have helped us tremendously and we are so grateful for their support! The app looks amazing and can totally be customized to match the look and feel of your shop! We have nothing but positive things to say about this app! It's totally worth downloading!! Thank you Joy...you have brought our business so much JOY!! :D

Lots of great features, easy to use and loads fast - had a few issues during set up but Hana was very helpful and quick to respond! The live chat support is useful to have when there are any problems or if you have questions.

Unfortunately, Joy doesn't sync with Klaviyo. I've been trying for days, and since the company is located in Vietnam, their business hours don't align with ours, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

Techs haven't been available. Such a bummer.

Just added this program to the store and so far it has been lovely. Had one hiccup but Hana came through and resolved it really quick. Thanks again and hopefully this turns out great as all the other reward apps have not been the best.
