This is by far the best rewards app have seen here. Tried a whole bunch of the rest and they seemed to offer minimal cutomizations and settings, as for Joy Rewards, you are offered a whole lot of settings to toggle and switch depending on your liking. Not forgetting the support, its top notch. Wanted some custom integration and when I reached out to the team, Damian for the support and Raymond for the technical issues helped a lot in figuring out the problem and getting a solution. Am so grateful, thanks Joy Loyalty team.

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

love it, easier to use and better for me to start with than the other app I was using at first which left me a bit overwhelmed. Their customer service is amazing! I was talking to Damian whenever I had a question and he answered immediately and helped me out with everything. Recommend to everyone! :)

I have yet to utilize this app to it's full capabilities but the support upon setup was completely handled for me by Hana. She did a great job walking me through the process and performing most of the setup tasks herself.
This app has a lot of clever features that I am excited to add to our new site.

Joy Rewards have been an ultimate life changer. I really love the features available, and it doesn't cost much. Also, Hana, as the customer service representative, has been very helpful in setting up and answering my queries.

We are launching loyalty for our store and website. I've used their chat feature a handful of times during pre-launch and their support and technical team has always been accessible and very helpful. We ended up having an onboarding call with Nolan, and Jade ended up helping polish us up to be launch ready. Great experience all around!
